What consoles and games do you carry?

We have an excellent selection of video game systems, games, and accessories spanning 18 different consoles and handhelds. The current list is Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), Game Boy, Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), Nintendo 64 (N64), Game Boy Color, Nintendo GameCube, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, Sega GameGear, PlayStation 1 (PS1), PlayStation 2 (PS2), PlayStation 3 (PS3), PlayStation Portable (PSP), Microsoft Xbox, and Microsoft Xbox 360.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently only fufill and ship orders within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Can I send something as a gift?

Yes, simply add the recipients name and address on the shipping details page during checkout. We've also included an optional gift message if you want to send a personal note in the package.

What payment options do you accept?

We have expanded your options when it comes to checking out! We accept debit and credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. You also have the option to use PayPal as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will my package arrive?

We strive to have all orders shipped out within 1 business day. During checkout you'll be able to choose USPS First Class Package Service or USPS Priority Mail Service. The First Class Package Service typically takes 4-5 days for your item to be delivered. Orders with Priority Mail Service selected will typically arrive after 2-3 days.

My order didn't arrive on time. What do I do?

If you believe there has been a delay, then please contact us via email at retrowreckroom@gmail.com. We will track your shipment and determine why there was a delay.  

One of my games doesn’t work, what do I do?

We test all of our games prior to shipping to make sure this doesn’t happen. However, retro games sometimes have a mind of their own. If you find a game that’s not working please contact us at retrowreckroom@gmail.com. We’ll be sure to work with you and make it right.
